We offer sports injury assessment, physiotherapy, gym-based rehabilitation and sports massage, combining hands-on treatment with progressive exercise and strength-based rehab.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, surgery, struggling with ongoing pain or working towards a safe return to running, training or sport, our goal is to provide a clear plan tailored to you.

Based inside Everlast Fitness at Ocean Plaza, Southport, we have access to a full gym environment, allowing rehabilitation to progress beyond the treatment room and prepare you properly for the demands of everyday life and sport.

I honestly struggle to put into words just how incredible this place is. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. The reception area has a relaxed, welcoming feel, and the atmosphere is calm and professional. Scott was fantastic—his warm approach, combined with his extensive knowledge and experience, immediately put me at ease.

Over the past two years, I’ve visited multiple clinics, but this one came highly recommended by a pain management professional—and I now understand why. I booked a one-hour session, and I can confidently say it was the best massage I have ever had. As a former gymnast, I’ve tried it all, but nothing compares to this.
